In chapter 6 of “Narrative” by Jonathan Culler, it tells us how the plot has a major impact in the story. According to the article, Aristotle says “that the plot is the most basic feature of narrative, that good stories must have a beginning, middle, and an end.” The plot is what changes an event from good to bad. Based on where the plot starts it will decide how the story will change.
